Activity:
a) Answer the following questions about the Sun using Word. Get the information you need by clicking on them. You have a maximum of ten lines to respond to each answer.
- How does our Sun compare with other stars?
- Why does the Sun burn us?
- How old is the Sun and how do we know the age?
b) Now, choose one of these subjects about the Sun and explain it in the classroom using PowerPoint or Prezi. You will have ten minutes to present. The groups will have to agree on which subject they are going to present. Get the information you need by clicking on them.
The video seems a bit childish for the activity proposed. I think that for a 6th grade class this video is not adecuate. But the questions and the focus on the sun is very interesting.

ReplyDeleteAs I said in my blog, everything is funnier with music so I enjoy a lot all the activities that include the use of a song to learn a second language.
